Personalised nutrition · Hyderabad
Personalised nutrition in Hyderabad.
A useful food plan begins with you: what you eat, the time you have, your preferences and your goals. Café Manna connects that conversation with practical meal options from Nacharam.
You can ask about meals without first buying a consultation. Trial availability, menu, service days and delivery are confirmed by the team.
Choose the level that fits your needs.
- Level 1 · Everyday meals
Make breakfast, lunch or dinner easier.
Explore millet meals, subscriptions, dine-in or pickup. Start with your preferred meal and locality.
See meal options and published prices → - Level 2 · Your goals
Discuss what you want from the plan.
Ask about millet-forward choices, protein preferences or weight-management goals. Suitable portions and menu options need individual discussion; results and nutrient quantities are not guaranteed.
- Level 3 · Personalised assessment
Look at the whole routine.
Discuss food habits, goals, activity, preferences and practical constraints. Diet counselling is listed separately at ₹1,500 including GST; confirm the appointment, scope and practitioner before booking.
Diet counselling details → - Level 4 · Optional traditional framework
Explore Prakriti if it interests you.
Vata, Pitta and Kapha are Ayurvedic concepts of constitution. Ask the team about guided assessment availability and the method used. It is optional and does not replace clinical assessment.

Understand precision nutrition and genetics.
DNA-informed nutrition is an area of research and future development at Café Manna. Genetic testing and predictive-risk consultations are not offered for booking through this page. Availability, test-specific evidence and qualified interpretation would need to be established first.

From assessment to a workable meal programme.
The starting sequence is healthy eating → lifestyle and preferences → goals → optional Prakriti discussion → appropriate guidance → meal choices. Family history can inform a conversation; it is not a DNA test. Personalisation does not automatically require genetic information.
Research distinguishes ordinary diet-based personalisation from approaches adding biological information. In Food4Me, personalised advice improved some dietary behaviours; adding the studied genotype information did not improve the overall effectiveness reported in that analysis.

What to share in an enquiry.
Tell us your name, contact number, locality and the meals you need. You can discuss food preferences and suitable next steps when the team responds. Please do not upload medical or genetic reports through a general meal enquiry.
Meal delivery serves Nacharam and nearby Hyderabad areas subject to route confirmation. The separate online consultation is available across India.
